The 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour is a favorite in my tour palette. Its heated grips and seats are a constant lifesaver, can get real cold real fast on the highway. The hard lowers have convenient 1 gallon capacity storage compartments within easy reach. The left front compartment has an iPod cord that connects an iPod/MP3 player with the bike’s integrated audio system, and a 12V accessory power outlet.

Will Barclay won what may be considered the most demanding motorcycle ride of the decade, if not ever. Just to show it wasn't a fluke he crossed the finish line first two years in a row. The inaugural Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge tasked riders to 8,500 miles of secondary roads from the Florida Keys to Homer, Alaska. [photo 5] Although Will started dead last, he crossed the finish line almost a full day ahead of the pack winning the half million dollar payoff. It took him 194 hours and only ten of those hours his wheels weren’t turning. 2011 was another great success for Will, winning again after a 14,000 mile cross country event. The course took riders through 48 states and 2 Canadian Provinces. Hoka Hey once again challenges riders to another epic ride and Will is the man to beat. What’s his secret, what makes this 51-year-old private jet pilot so indomitable?
